Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- 21 years old to deliver alcohol
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Consistent access to a vehicle
- Ownership of a recent smartphone
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Subject to the availability of batches in the area
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in retail or customer service preferred but not required
- Ability to use smartphone apps proficiently
- Good communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Knowledge of local store locations and neighborhoods beneficial
Job Duties
- Receive grocery orders through the Shopper app
- Shop for items accurately and efficiently at local stores
- Pack orders carefully to protect items
- Deliver groceries directly to customers' doors
- Communicate effectively with customers for any order clarifications
- Manage time to complete shopping and delivery within designated windows
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during all interactions
