Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years (21 or older to deliver alcohol)
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Consistent access to a vehicle
- Ownership of a recent smartphone compatible with the app
- Ability to work independently and reliably
- Availability on a flexible schedule
- Compliance with applicable local laws and contractor agreements
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in retail or delivery services is a plus
- Ability to use a smartphone and mobile apps proficiently
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- Ability to lift and carry groceries safely
- Knowledge of local stores and neighborhoods is advantageous
Job Duties
- Receive and accept orders through the Shopper app
- Shop for groceries and household items accurately
- Deliver orders to customers' doorsteps promptly
- Communicate effectively with customers when needed
- Manage flexible working hours and schedule
- Handle payment and order verification processes
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism
