- 21 plus years old to deliver alcohol
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Consistent access to a vehicle and a recent smartphone
Job Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to use a smartphone and the Instacart Shopper app proficiently
- Good communication skills
- Ability to manage time efficiently
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license when delivering
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Receive orders through the Shopper app and accurately shop items from local stores
- Deliver groceries and other essentials to customers’ doorsteps promptly
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively and addressing any issues
- Manage order substitutions and ensure product quality and freshness
- Handle payments and tips through the app securely
- Follow all safety and health guidelines while shopping and delivering
- Maintain reliable access to transportation and smartphone to complete tasks
