Job Qualifications
- 18+ years old (21+ for alcohol delivery)
- eligible to work in the United States
- able to use a smartphone and navigate shopping apps
- capable of managing time effectively
- good communication skills
- basic knowledge of grocery products
- valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
Job Duties
- receive orders through the Shopper app
- shop for groceries accurately and efficiently
- deliver orders to customers' doors
- manage item substitutions when necessary
- maintain communication with customers for delivery updates
- adhere to Instacart's quality and service standards
- ensure timely delivery of orders
