Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Consistent access to a vehicle
- Ownership of a recent smartphone
- 21 years or older for alcohol delivery
- Ability to lift and carry grocery bags
- Reliable and responsible work ethic
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in retail, delivery, or customer service is a plus but not required
- Ability to use a smartphone and navigate app technology
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently and following safety protocols
Job Duties
- Receive grocery orders through the Shopper app
- Shop for products at local stores accurately and efficiently
- Deliver groceries to customers' doorsteps in a timely manner
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding order status and any substitutions
- Manage a flexible work schedule to accommodate varying order demands
- Handle payments and tips securely through the app
- Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service at all times
