Job Requirements
- 18+ years old (21+ to deliver alcohol)
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Consistent access to a vehicle
- Ownership of a recent smartphone compatible with the Shopper app
- Ability to pass a background check
- Availability to work flexible hours
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is beneficial
- Ability to use a smartphone and navigate mobile applications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Familiarity with local stores and neighborhoods is a plus
Job Duties
- Receive and review order requests through the Shopper app
- Shop for groceries and household items accurately and efficiently
- Communicate with customers about substitutions or product availability
- Deliver orders to customers’ doorsteps in a timely manner
- Handle cashless payments securely through the app
- Maintain knowledge of store layouts and products
- Provide exceptional customer service and earn tips
