Job Requirements
- 18+ years old
- 21+ years old to deliver alcohol
- eligible to work in the United States
- consistent access to a vehicle
- own a recent smartphone
- possess a valid driver's license and insurance
- able to lift and carry grocery bags
- reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience is advantageous
- familiarity with local stores and neighborhoods
- ability to use a smartphone and navigate apps confidently
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Job Duties
- Receive and review customer orders through the Shopper app
- shop for groceries accurately and efficiently from local stores
- deliver groceries promptly to customers' homes
- provide excellent customer service during interactions
- manage order substitutions and communicate with customers as needed
- maintain safety and cleanliness standards during shopping and delivery
- handle payment and tip processing through the app
