- 18+ years old (21+ to deliver alcohol)
- eligible to work in the United States
- consistent access to a vehicle
- owns a recent smartphone
- ability to lift moderate weight
- valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- familiarity with using smartphone applications
- good communication and customer service skills
- ability to navigate stores and neighborhoods efficiently
- reliable and punctual
- basic knowledge of local store layouts and products
Job Duties
- receive and manage orders through the Instacart Shopper app
- shop for grocery items accurately and efficiently
- deliver orders to customers’ doorsteps promptly
- communicate effectively with customers regarding order status and substitutions
- maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring order completeness and quality
- adhere to safety and hygiene standards while shopping and delivering
- uphold company policies and local laws including delivery of alcohol
