Job Requirements
- 18+ years old
- 21+ years old to deliver alcohol
- eligible to work in the United States
- consistent access to a vehicle
- recent smartphone capable of running the Shopper app
- must comply with all local laws and regulations
- capable of working independently and managing time effectively
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- familiarity with local stores and neighborhoods
- good communication and customer service skills
- ability to use a smartphone and mobile apps
- reliable transportation and valid driver's license if delivering alcohol
- ability to lift and carry grocery bags
- prior retail or delivery experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Receive orders through the Shopper app
- shop for groceries and other products at local stores
- deliver orders to customers' doors accurately and timely
- maintain high-quality customer service
- manage flexible working hours efficiently
- handle cashless payment transactions securely
- communicate effectively with customers and support teams
