Job Duties
- receive and manage grocery orders through the Instacart Shopper app
- carefully select and shop for the items on customer orders in local stores
- ensure all items meet quality standards and customer preferences
- communicate with customers for any item substitutions or clarifications
- deliver groceries promptly and courteously to customers at their specified addresses
- handle transactions and payments accurately through the app
- maintain a friendly and professional demeanor to provide excellent customer service
