Job Requirements
- 18+ years old
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Consistent access to a vehicle
- Own a recent smartphone
- Must be 21+ to deliver alcohol
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and carry grocery bags
- Independent contractor status
Job Qualifications
- Ability to operate a smartphone and use mobile applications
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of grocery items and store layouts
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Prior experience in retail or delivery services is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Receive orders through the Shopper app
- Shop for groceries and other items according to customer lists
- Deliver orders to customers safely and on time
- Communicate with customers and support team as needed
- Maintain accurate order fulfillment and organization
- Manage time effectively to complete batches efficiently
- Adhere to Instacart policies and quality standards
