Job Requirements
- 18+ years old (21+ to deliver alcohol)
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Consistent access to a vehicle
- Recent smartphone capable of running the Instacart app
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience beneficial
- Ability to use smartphone apps proficiently
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple orders and prioritize tasks
- Comfortable driving and navigating local routes
Job Duties
- Receive orders via the Instacart Shopper app
- Shop for customer items accurately and efficiently
- Deliver groceries to customers' doors
- Communicate with customers as needed to clarify order details
- Maintain excellent customer service throughout the shopping and delivery process
- Manage time effectively to complete orders promptly
- Adhere to safety and quality standards during shopping and delivery
