Job Requirements
- 18+ years old (21+ to deliver alcohol)
- eligible to work in the United States
- consistent access to a reliable vehicle
- possession of a recent smartphone capable of running the Instacart Shopper app
- ability to operate independently
- flexible availability to work varying hours
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in retail, delivery, or customer service is a plus
- basic knowledge of local grocery stores and products
- familiarity with smartphones and mobile applications
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to navigate efficiently in assigned delivery areas
Job Duties
- receive and manage grocery orders through the Instacart Shopper app
- select quality items according to customer orders and preferences
- ensure accuracy and completeness of each order
- deliver orders promptly to customers' doors
- provide exceptional customer service during delivery
- manage flexible work hours based on personal availability
- maintain communication with customers and support when needed
