Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Consistent access to a vehicle
- Own a recent smartphone compatible with the Instacart Shopper app
- Be at least 21 years old to deliver alcohol
- Ability to lift and carry grocery bags
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass any background check required by the company
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in retail or delivery services is a plus but not required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to use a smartphone and mobile apps proficiently
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Job Duties
- Shop for grocery and household items accurately and efficiently
- Deliver orders promptly to customers
- Use the Instacart Shopper app to receive and manage orders
- Communicate effectively with customers and store staff when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle for deliveries
- Follow safety and health protocols during deliveries
