Job Duties
- Assist in running the coffee house
- Assist in training and developing the employees
- Support the Manager with managerial tasks including inventory ordering, maintenance, and marketing
- Assist in developing employees in their skills and personal growth
- Work closely in a supervisory role with staff members
- Provide feedback to ensure staff deliver the best customer experience
- Assist in monitoring budgets to keep the coffee house profitable and find ways to reduce operational costs while expanding the customer base
- Monitor and maintain inventory
