Job Qualifications

  • Previous food & beverage leadership experience
  • Diploma or certification in hospitality, hotel, or restaurant discipline is an asset
  • Strong knowledge of culinary and restaurant trends
  • Service-focused personality and passion for hospitality
  • Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with stakeholders
  • Clear communication and strong networking skills
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to lead by example and foster a strong team culture

Job Duties

  • Support, mentor, and train the Food & Beverage Front of House teams
  • Provide operational leadership and direction for day-to-day restaurant operations and assist in banquets as needed
  • Create and maintain an engaged work environment to deliver personalized guest experiences
  • Conduct daily team briefings to communicate hotel information and service updates
  • Ensure brand standards of quality and visual appeal are consistently met
  • Address guest concerns promptly and follow-up with relevant departments
  • Manage scheduling to meet labor management standards
  • Communicate effectively with all departments and seek guest feedback actively
  • Collaborate on new menu and service offerings to improve dining experience
  • Balance operational, administrative, and staff needs based on feedback and financial results
  • Assist with overall hotel management responsibilities as necessary
  • Adhere to department policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Follow health and safety regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned
