Job Qualifications
- Previous food & beverage leadership experience
- Diploma or certification in hospitality, hotel, or restaurant discipline is an asset
- Strong knowledge of culinary and restaurant trends
- Service-focused personality and passion for hospitality
- Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with stakeholders
- Clear communication and strong networking skills
- Results-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to lead by example and foster a strong team culture
Job Duties
- Support, mentor, and train the Food & Beverage Front of House teams
- Provide operational leadership and direction for day-to-day restaurant operations and assist in banquets as needed
- Create and maintain an engaged work environment to deliver personalized guest experiences
- Conduct daily team briefings to communicate hotel information and service updates
- Ensure brand standards of quality and visual appeal are consistently met
- Address guest concerns promptly and follow-up with relevant departments
- Manage scheduling to meet labor management standards
- Communicate effectively with all departments and seek guest feedback actively
- Collaborate on new menu and service offerings to improve dining experience
- Balance operational, administrative, and staff needs based on feedback and financial results
- Assist with overall hotel management responsibilities as necessary
- Adhere to department policies, procedures, and service standards
- Follow health and safety regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
