Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience in housekeeping or hospitality operations
- Experience in room inspections or quality assurance preferred
- Knowledge of housekeeping standards, cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and inspection techniques
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Consistent attendance

- Ability to identify cleanliness and maintenance issues, provide constructive feedback, and communicate effectively with team members and leadership
- Experience in housekeeping or custodial services, with prior experience performing room inspections or quality control preferred
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to maintaining a high standard of guest readiness and presentation

Job Duties
- Inspect guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure cleanliness, proper setup, and adherence to resort standards before releasing rooms for occupancy
- Lead quality assurance efforts throughout the onsite hotel
- Provide feedback and coaching to Room Attendants and Runners to support continuous improvement and consistency in service quality
- Communicate with Front Office and Housekeeping leadership to ensure timely updates on room readiness and special guest requests
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to appropriate department
- Collect lost and found items and deliver to Housekeeping Management for logging and storage
- Assist with training new Housekeeping Team Members on cleaning procedures, resort standards, and safety protocols
- Support service recovery efforts by responding to guest concerns related to room cleanliness or setup
- Escalate any safety or guest concerns to Housekeeping Management
- Participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
