Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years experience in ticketing or festival operations
  • Advanced proficiency with ticketing platforms
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask
  • Physical ability to lift 50lbs
  • Must tolerate loud noise and busy environments
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to travel frequently
  • Valid work authorization without visa sponsorship
  • On-site presence required
  • Ability to adapt to climate extremes
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Positive and proactive mindset

Job Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge of ticketing industry and platforms such as Front Gate Tickets, Ticketmaster, TicketWeb, Universe, Eventbrite
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including nested formulas, PivotTables and data manipulation
  • Over 3 years experience in large-scale festival production and operations
  • Experience in customer service at large-scale ticketed events
  • Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Four-year college degree preferred
  • Motivated with a positive “everything is possible” attitude
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a sense of urgency
  • Willingness to work on-site at various event locations

Job Duties

  • Build and maintain ticketing pages from conception through settlement for assigned events including layaway plans and second/third party allocations as applicable
  • Partner with promoters to suggest additional revenue-driving opportunities
  • Supply daily ticket counts, buyer reports and maintain internal tracking programs
  • Generate custom reports in Excel for marketing, promoters and other stakeholders
  • Process comp orders for community partners, sponsors and other key groups
  • Submit design tickets and purchase ticket inventory including wristbands and add-ons
  • Manage on-site box office operations including advancing assets, hiring and managing staff, and setting up/tearing down
  • Create and adhere to operational budgets and forecast expenses, communicating changes to producer team
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and protect cash and credentials
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Travel frequently as required
