Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year customer service or sales experience
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient with email and basic computer software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to a dynamic industry
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and email communication
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Experience with event planning is a plus
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the sign industry
Job Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, telephone, in-person, and on-site interactions
- Prepare estimates and implement work orders
- Ensure timely delivery of finished signage orders
- Participate in daily team meetings and collaborate on business strategies
- Execute marketing plans and contribute to the growth of the FASTSIGNS Center
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Document customer interactions and maintain organized records
