Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Inside sales experience of 3 or more years
- Valid driver’s license with clean record and ability to travel
- Must be self-motivated and able to make accurate, timely decisions
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods of 4 or more hours
- Ability to twist or bend for 2 or more hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must work well independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in a showroom environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a positive attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to use a smartphone or data-enabled device for communication and reporting
- Ability to learn computer software for client management
- Completion of inside sales training or certification is a plus
- Completion of company training assignments
- Business degree preferred
- High school diploma required
Job Duties
- Provide comprehensive information about landscape solutions, answer queries, and guide customers through the selection process
- Operate and manage incoming communication from clients via in-person, phone, and email
- Support outside sales team by understanding customer needs and recommending products
- Prepare proposals, job folders, process orders, and coordinate with administration and production for timely delivery and installation
- Assist outside sales and clients with technical product knowledge including hardscape, pools, lighting, artificial turf, and outdoor accessories
- Stay informed about latest product trends and complete all required trainings
- Manage showroom appearance and client interactions to ensure a positive customer experience
