Job Requirements
- Clean shaven face for safety reasons
- high school diploma or GED
- related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence
- available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
- solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
- basic math skills including add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
- licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations
- customer-facing experience preferred

Job Duties
- Conduct inspections to identify pest activity
- perform pest control services for residential and commercial clients
- install and maintain termite control systems
- efficiently install Thermal Acoustical Pest (TAP) insulation
- assist with light construction projects including minor repairs
- communicate effectively with customers about services
- perform exclusion services and wildlife removal
- set up and build exclusion traps
- ensure safety protocols are followed
- stay updated on industry trends and participate in training
