Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree preferred
- Four years sales or marketing experience in chemical and beverage product environment
- Two years supervisory experience
- Valid state driver’s license
- Strong leadership skills
- Understanding of customer business needs
- Knowledge of customer service principles

- Knowledge of marketing principles

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in business management or related field preferred
- Four years of sales or marketing experience in chemical and beverage product environment
- Two years previous supervisory experience

- Knowledge of marketing principles and methods
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and reasoning abilities
- Time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in spreadsheet, word processing, presentation, email, and internet software
- Ability to learn proprietary sales and reporting systems
- Knowledge of Metrix software preferred
- Ability to maintain safety precautions and knowledge of relevant equipment
Job Duties
- Supervises all aspects of chemical and beverage regional sales and service team
- Trains and develops sales and service specialists
- Manages regional employees in servicing and repairing chemical and beverage equipment
- Plans and assists in personal and professional development of sales and service specialists
- Manages regional equipment and parts inventory
- Creates and implements business plans for assigned region
- Understands and analyzes key performance indicators
- Develops action plans to achieve department goals
- Coaches sales and service specialists on preventive maintenance and service issues
- Provides equipment expertise and market intelligence
- Assists in national or chain account service opportunities
- Plans and facilitates training programs and regional meetings
- Provides route coverage and assists with equipment installation and diagnostics
- Develops and manages department budgets
- Interviews, hires, trains, and retains staff
- Conducts performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
- Mentors and motivates staff
- Performs other duties as assigned
