Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Use of a 2-way radio
- Valid U.S. Drivers' License preferred
- Ability to meet physical demands including standing, walking, handling, reaching, climbing, stooping, and lifting heavy weights
- Ability to comply with company policies including no-idling vehicle policy

- Ability to use a 2-way radio frequently
- A valid U.S. Drivers' License in good standing is preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling for an 8-hour shift
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds regularly and more than 100 pounds occasionally
- Specific vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- Must be 18 years or older
Job Duties
- Check out keys and radios from Safety
- Organize supplies for the day
- Ensure products are used to manufacturer's standard and OSHA standards
- Alert housekeeping supervisors which room is being cleaned by dialing the appropriate code on the lodging unit phone
- Change the linens on the beds and in the bathrooms
- Clean bathrooms in accordance with housekeeping procedures including showers, tubs, sinks, toilets, counters, mirrors, and floors
- Place amenities in lodging units such as soap, coffee, creamers, cocoa, teas etc.
- Clean the kitchens including refrigerator, sinks, dishes, and countertops
- Remove all trash and recycling
- separate recyclables from trash and place them in appropriate receptacles
- Report any broken items to supervisor
- Report maintenance issues to PBX
- Alert housekeeping supervisors when leaving the room by dialing the appropriate code and/or via radio
- Comply with Sundance's no-idling policy when driving a Sundance vehicle
- Reach full efficiency, maintaining an average of 80 points for four consecutive weeks
