Job Requirements
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and split shifts
- Must arrive to work on time consistently
- Must maintain proper uniform, clean and in good repair
- Must keep hair clean and cut in becoming style with management approval
- Must attend all required training and safety courses
- Must report safety hazards and assist in maintaining safe work environment
- Must maintain a clean, neat, and organized work environment
- Must follow all directions and established processes
- Must communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Must properly rotate mise en place
- Must clean and maintain equipment properly
- Must strictly abide by state sanitation and health regulations
- Must execute food order deliveries accurately
- Must stock line with necessary plates, bowls, and utensils
- Must organize and set up work station quickly and efficiently
- Must label and date all food on stations
- Must check Jonas paper in all machines before service
- Must provide shift reports to Chef
- Must check out with Dining Room Manager before leaving
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to follow direction and safety protocols
- Willingness to attend training and obtain certifications
- Positive attitude and professionalism
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties

- Properly rotate all mise en place
- Clean and maintain equipment
- Abide by state sanitation and health regulations
- Deliver food orders accurately to tables and areas
- Stock line with necessary utensils
- Organize and set up work station efficiently
- Rotate, label, and date all food items
- Check Jonas paper in all machines before service
- Provide shift handover notes to Chef
- Check out with Dining Room Manager before leaving
- Perform other assigned tasks to support quality member and guest service
