Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not required
- strong communication skills

- willingness to attend required training and safety courses
Job Duties
- work a flexible schedule including weekends holidays and split shifts
- arrive on time consistently
- wear proper uniform that is crisp clean and in good repair
- maintain clean and becoming hairstyle approved by management
- attend all required training safety courses office and departmental meetings
- report and follow up on safety hazards and assist in providing a safe work environment
- maintain a clean neat and organized work environment
- follow all directions and processes in place
- communicate efficiently with all internal and external customers
- properly rotate all mise en place
- clean and maintain equipment properly
- abide by state sanitation health regulations and hotel requirements
- execute all food order deliveries to correct tables and areas
- stock line with plates bowls and other utensils needed
- organize and set up work station quickly and efficiently
- rotate label and date all food on stations
- check all Jonas paper in machines before service
- provide Chef with list of products and jobs needed for next shift at end of shift
- check out with Dining Room Manager before leaving
- perform other jobs as assigned to assist quality member and guest service
