Job Requirements

  • must be able to work flexible schedule including weekends holidays and split shifts
  • arrive to work on time consistently
  • wear company provided uniform in proper condition
  • maintain hair clean cut and styled with management approval
  • attend all required training safety courses and meetings
  • report and follow up safety hazards
  • maintain organized and clean work area
  • follow all directions and processes
  • communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • adhere strictly to sanitation health regulations and hotel policies
  • execute food order deliveries accurately and timely
  • stock and organize workstation efficiently
  • provide shift reports to chef and check out with dining manager before leaving

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in food service or hospitality helpful
  • ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in team environment
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • maintain grooming standards with management approval

  • report safety hazards follow up to ensure correction assist in providing a safe work environment
  • maintain clean neat and organized work environment
  • follow directions and established processes
  • communicate efficiently with internal and external customers
  • properly rotate mise en place
  • clean and maintain equipment
  • adhere to state sanitation health regulations and hotel requirements
  • execute food order deliveries accurately
  • stock line with necessary plates bowls and utensils
  • organize and set up workstation efficiently
  • label and date all food on stations
  • check operation of jonas paper in machines before service
  • provide list of products and jobs for next shift to chef at shift end
  • check out with dining room manager before leaving
  • perform additional duties to assist quality member and guest service as assigned
