Job Requirements
- must be able to work flexible schedule including weekends holidays and split shifts
- arrive to work on time consistently
- wear company provided uniform in proper condition
- maintain hair clean cut and styled with management approval
- attend all required training safety courses and meetings
- report and follow up safety hazards
- maintain organized and clean work area
- follow all directions and processes
- communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- adhere strictly to sanitation health regulations and hotel policies
- execute food order deliveries accurately and timely
- stock and organize workstation efficiently
- provide shift reports to chef and check out with dining manager before leaving
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or hospitality helpful
- ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in team environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- clean and maintain equipment
- adhere to state sanitation health regulations and hotel requirements
- execute food order deliveries accurately
- stock line with necessary plates bowls and utensils
- organize and set up workstation efficiently
- label and date all food on stations
- check operation of jonas paper in machines before service
- provide list of products and jobs for next shift to chef at shift end
- check out with dining room manager before leaving
- perform additional duties to assist quality member and guest service as assigned
