- Minimum of two years of college, hospitality school preferred
- Minimum of six months of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in computer-based reservation systems
- Valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- Greet, register, and assign lodging to guests in accordance with Forbes Travel Guide standards
- Explain room features and resort amenities to guests
- Interact with housekeeping, food and beverage, sports, and reservations departments to enhance guest experience
- Manage reservations, transportation, and communication for guests
- Receive and deliver room service requests following Forbes standards
- Address special guest requests promptly and courteously
- Settle guest accounts, collect payments, and process check-outs
