Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of college, hospitality school preferred
  • Minimum of six months of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer-based reservation systems
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Greet, register, and assign lodging to guests in accordance with Forbes Travel Guide standards
  • Explain room features and resort amenities to guests
  • Interact with housekeeping, food and beverage, sports, and reservations departments to enhance guest experience
  • Manage reservations, transportation, and communication for guests
  • Receive and deliver room service requests following Forbes standards
  • Address special guest requests promptly and courteously
  • Settle guest accounts, collect payments, and process check-outs
