Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree
- minimum six months related experience or training
- good customer service and communication skills
- mechanical aptitude
- valid driver’s license
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds occasionally
- ability to engage with guests in a courteous and professional manner

Job Duties
- Greet guests and open vehicle doors where practical
- provide information about parking and check-in
- secure guest luggage before and after check-in
- valet-park and retrieve guest vehicles courteously and efficiently
- assist Butlers with rooming guests and explaining room features
- interact with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Inn Butlers to enhance guest stays
- explain resort amenities and answer guest inquiries
- clear halls of room service items and trash when rooming guests
- receive and fulfill special guest requests promptly
- ensure guests receive prompt and cordial attention including personal recognition
- attend Inn staff meetings and participate in ongoing training
- assist with housekeeping and janitorial duties as needed
- prepare guest packets and perform clerical work
