Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to work 2nd shift (2PM - 10PM Monday - Friday)
- Ability to pass a background check and security clearance
- Must be a U.S. citizen eligible for public trust position
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to follow strict safety and quality protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience mixing chemicals or formulas preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and dexterity
- Ability to follow detailed instructions with high attention to detail
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is advantageous

Job Duties
- Mix and prepare various ink formulations according to detailed instructions
- Measure ingredients accurately using calculations to scale batch sizes
- Operate and maintain ink mixing equipment ensuring safety and quality standards
- Perform basic repairs and improvements to machinery to minimize downtime
- Follow all safety protocols and quality assurance procedures
- Document production data and maintain inventory of materials
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
