Job Requirements

  • United States citizenship
  • Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
  • Willingness to undergo comprehensive background checks
  • Ability to work 1st shift (6AM - 2PM) Monday - Friday
  • Reliable transportation to Nashua, NH facility
  • Capable of standing and performing manual tasks for extended periods
  • Commitment to adhering to drug-free workplace policies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in manufacturing or ink mixing preferred but not required
  • Mechanical aptitude and comfort working in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Consistent work history demonstrating reliability
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced production setting

Job Duties

  • Mix inks according to precise formulas and quality standards
  • Monitor ink production equipment for proper operation and perform routine maintenance
  • Conduct quality checks on ink batches and adjust mixtures as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of ink composition and production outputs
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality objectives
  • Participate in training and certification programs to enhance technical skills
