Job Requirements
- United States citizenship
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
- Willingness to undergo comprehensive background checks
- Ability to work 1st shift (6AM - 2PM) Monday - Friday
- Reliable transportation to Nashua, NH facility
- Capable of standing and performing manual tasks for extended periods
- Commitment to adhering to drug-free workplace policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in manufacturing or ink mixing preferred but not required
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Consistent work history demonstrating reliability
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced production setting
Job Duties
- Mix inks according to precise formulas and quality standards
- Monitor ink production equipment for proper operation and perform routine maintenance
- Conduct quality checks on ink batches and adjust mixtures as needed
- Maintain accurate records of ink composition and production outputs
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality objectives
- Participate in training and certification programs to enhance technical skills
