Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- 0-2 years manufacturing experience
- Ability to work nights and 12-hour shifts
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Reliable attendance
- Ability to perform physical tasks and maintain housekeeping
- Willingness to adhere to safety protocols
Job Qualifications

- 2-4 years manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule
- Proficient in English
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain accurate records
Job Duties
- Operate, monitor, and maintain the production line
- Accurately complete and update production logs and reports
- Follow plant safety rules including safe machine operation and use of PPE
- Maintain housekeeping in production and common areas
- Manage raw materials inventory for continuous production
- Ensure quality standards by filling hourly inspection sheets and reporting defects
- Perform relief duties and troubleshoot minor production line issues
