Job Duties
- Assist the Food Production Supervisor to maintain an efficient inventory control system
- Accurately weigh and measure recipe ingredients for and adhere to recipes and portion control
- Maintain safe and sanitary storage area by following department sanitation policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
