Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or food production environment preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Willingness to work 3rd shift hours (9:30 pm - 6:00 am)
- Ability to follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in hot and cold temperature environments
- Good communication skills
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks consistently
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Commitment to food safety and quality standards

Job Duties
- Weigh raw ingredients according to recipe
- Organize ingredients according to recipes by placing them in barrels, drums, etc
- Perform constant/accurate inventory checks on ingredients according to schedules
- Stage materials according to recipe
- Complete paperwork/IQS entries
- Cover staged ingredients
- Place recipe tag on barrel/carts when recipe is complete
- Clean/sanitize work area
- Help with other recipes as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Assemble/changeover equipment as assigned
- Verify product quality, item numbers, weights
- Follow all required safe work practices including PPE and JSA
