Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or food production environment preferred
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Willingness to work 3rd shift hours (9:30 pm - 6:00 am)
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in hot and cold temperature environments
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks consistently
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Commitment to food safety and quality standards

Job Duties

  • Weigh raw ingredients according to recipe
  • Organize ingredients according to recipes by placing them in barrels, drums, etc
  • Perform constant/accurate inventory checks on ingredients according to schedules
  • Stage materials according to recipe
  • Complete paperwork/IQS entries
  • Cover staged ingredients
  • Place recipe tag on barrel/carts when recipe is complete
  • Clean/sanitize work area
  • Help with other recipes as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Assemble/changeover equipment as assigned
  • Verify product quality, item numbers, weights
  • Follow all required safe work practices including PPE and JSA
