Kraft Heinz, a renowned leader in the food industry, has a significant presence in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The Cedar Rapids plant is a dynamic production facility specializing in the manufacturing of frozen soups and macaroni & cheese. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food manufacturing or similar production environment preferred
- ability to lift heavy objects and work in temperature extremes
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- effective communication abilities
- ability to work safely and follow protocols
- flexible and adaptable to multiple job positions
- willingness to follow safety and food quality standards
- ability to work 2nd shift from 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm

Job Duties
- Weigh raw ingredients according to recipe
- organize ingredients by placing them in barrels or drums
- perform constant and accurate inventory checks
- stage materials based on recipes
- complete paperwork and IQS entries
- cover staged ingredients
- place recipe tags on barrels or carts
- clean and sanitize work areas
- assist with other recipes as needed
- assemble and changeover equipment as assigned
- verify product quality, item numbers, and weights
- follow all required safe work practices including PPE and JSA
