Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One to three years of administrative or customer support experience
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems
  • Must be available to work night shifts and weekends

  • Availability to work nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Respond to customer emails about changes, additional services and meal orders
  • Communicate changes or additional services to the department head
  • Work side by side with department head
  • Print and distribute documents and reports to assigned departments
  • Produce production reports
  • Print labels as needed
  • Edit and manually add flights in CBASE system
  • Utilize customer website to extract meal orders for the day of and future scheduling
  • RICOH inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Submit service calls as needed for equipment
  • Inventory office supplies and order as needed
  • Pull specs and forecast usage as needed
  • Audit flights and diagrams to ensure proper distribution and service has been verified per customer specifications
