Job Requirements

  • one to three years of administrative or customer support experience
  • verbal and written communication skills
  • basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • analytical skills and strong attention to detail
  • problem solving skills
  • ability to make independent decisions
  • available to work nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • respond to customer emails about changes, additional services and meal orders
  • communicate changes or additional services to the department head
  • work side by side with department head
  • print and distribute documents and reports to assigned departments
  • produce production reports
  • print labels as needed
  • edit and manually add flights in CBASE system
  • utilize customer website to extract meal orders for the day of and future scheduling
  • manage RICOH inventory and order supplies as needed
  • submit service calls as needed for equipment
  • inventory office supplies and order as needed
  • pull specs and forecast usage as needed
  • audit flights and diagrams to ensure proper distribution and service verification per customer specifications
