Job Duties
- respond to customer emails about changes, additional services and meal orders
- communicate changes or additional services to the department head
- work side by side with department head
- print and distribute documents and reports to assigned departments
- produce production reports
- print labels as needed
- edit and manually add flights in CBASE system
- utilize customer website to extract meal orders for the day of and future scheduling
- manage RICOH inventory and order supplies as needed
- submit service calls as needed for equipment
- inventory office supplies and order as needed
- pull specs and forecast usage as needed
- audit flights and diagrams to ensure proper distribution and service verification per customer specifications
