Job Requirements

  • graduation from a standard senior high school or GED
  • minimum of one year experience as a switchboard operator, receptionist, dispatcher, or communications clerk
  • ability to meet established medical and physical standards
  • truthfulness and accuracy in application
  • be willing to bear the cost of the medical examination
  • ability to work in a fast-paced communication environment

Job Qualifications

  • ability to operate a telephone switchboard and two-way radio systems
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
