Job Requirements

  • Must be able to physically stand for long periods
  • Must be able to negotiate stairs
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Must have attained 18th birthday on or before date of application
  • Must be available to work various schedules as business needs require
  • May be asked to fill in at other centers as business needs require

Job Qualifications

  • Eighth grade education or equivalent
  • Enjoy working with the public and meeting new people
  • Team player with great communication skills
  • Able to maintain composure during stressful times

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and information to promote New Hampshire area attractions
  • Direct visitors to services using brochures, websites, and other resources
  • Assist travelers in highway and personal emergencies
  • Perform general interior and exterior grounds upkeep including custodial duties and snow removal
  • Maintain inventory of janitorial supplies and travel literature
  • Assist marketing team by communicating and marketing the State’s campaign
  • Attend seminars and training to maintain knowledge of traveler information
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
