Job Requirements

  • 1+ years of inflight training leadership experience
  • 2+ years of flight attendant experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain current Breeze Airways flight attendant certification
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • High-performance orientation
  • Positive attitude and strong desire for success
  • Ability to complete projects on time with minimal supervision
  • Must pass DOT pre-employment drug test
  • Must pass TSA fingerprint-based background check and Breeze background check
  • Valid passport with at least six months remaining

Job Qualifications

  • 1+ years of inflight training leadership experience
  • 2+ years of flight attendant experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain current Breeze Airways Flight Attendant Certification
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for training, QA, and reporting
  • High-performance orientation and ability to work under pressure
  • Positive attitude and strong desire for success
  • Ability to complete projects on time with minimal supervision
  • Outstanding leadership capabilities to lead, train, and motivate
  • Must pass DOT pre-employment drug test
  • Must pass TSA fingerprint-based criminal background check and Breeze background check
  • Valid passport with minimum six months validity
  • 4-year degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Experience with e-learning software and mobile learning deployment preferred
  • Understanding of adult learning principles
  • Competent in interpersonal communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and problem solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to handle stressful situations
  • Proven troubleshooting skills
  • Attention to detail and organized approach
  • Good work ethic
  • Flexibility to work schedule based on training needs

Job Duties

  • Establish priorities and manage scheduling for Inflight Instructors to ensure training operations are conducted safely with a trainee-focused experience
  • Empower Inflight Instructors to prioritize staffing, scheduling, and adherence to Federal Aviation Regulations and company policies
  • Promote safety and compliance with all regulatory and Breez requirements
  • Develop the Inflight Instructor team through performance management, coaching, and growth plans
  • Provide leadership and supervision of training operations at the assigned base
  • Create a positive team influence through presence and reinforcement of behaviors
  • Plan and implement Instructor development programs including workshops and on-the-job training
  • Support mentoring and leadership of Inflight Instructors
  • Travel to training locations for leadership and auditing
  • Manage complex program efforts with multiple objectives
  • Identify and implement improvements in the Inflight Training Experience
  • Administer and document performance and attendance issues with corrective action
  • Participate in on-call schedule supporting training operations including holidays and weekends
  • Achieve performance measures aligned with Breeze values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence
  • Perform administrative tasks related to onboarding Flight Attendant Trainees
  • Ensure completion of Inflight Training audits and evaluations as directed
  • Other duties as assigned
