Job Requirements
- no previous experience required
- must be available to work variable schedules including weekends and holidays
- flexibility to accept on-call or reserve duty assignments with short notice
- ability to attend and complete a 6-week training program in Orlando, florida
- must be at least 18 years old
- physical ability to perform inflight duties including standing and lifting
- legal authorization to work in the united states

Job Duties
- ensure the safety and security of all customers onboard from boarding to deplaning
- provide compassionate and attentive customer service reflecting JetBlue's values
- collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and fun flight environment
- respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and needs
- participate in safety drills and training sessions to maintain readiness
- assist passengers with special needs and handle in-flight emergencies as necessary
