Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior experience necessary
- Ability to attend and complete 6-week paid training program
- Availability to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
- Physical ability to perform duties required on aircraft
- Must have valid work authorization in the U.S.
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- CPR and first aid certification preferred
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Job Duties
- Ensure safety and security of customers from boarding to deplaning
- Provide caring and compassionate customer service
- Respond to customer needs proactively
- Work as part of an inflight team to maintain a positive environment
- Conduct safety demonstrations and respond to emergencies
- Assist with boarding and deplaning processes
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the cabin
