Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No prior experience necessary
  • Ability to attend and complete 6-week paid training program
  • Availability to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
  • Physical ability to perform duties required on aircraft
  • Must have valid work authorization in the U.S.

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
  • CPR and first aid certification preferred
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Ensure safety and security of customers from boarding to deplaning
  • Provide caring and compassionate customer service
  • Respond to customer needs proactively
  • Work as part of an inflight team to maintain a positive environment
  • Conduct safety demonstrations and respond to emergencies
  • Assist with boarding and deplaning processes
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the cabin
