  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • no prior experience necessary
  • ability to complete six-week paid training program in Orlando, FL
  • ability to pass background and drug tests
  • physical fitness to perform safety duties
  • legal authorization to work in the united states

  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • customer service experience preferred but not required
  • ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
  • physically able to perform safety-related duties

Job Duties

  • ensure the safety and security of customers from boarding to deplaning
  • provide attentive and compassionate customer service onboard
  • respond promptly to customer needs and requests
  • work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive and fun environment
  • conduct safety demonstrations and briefings
  • assist passengers during emergency situations
  • maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cabin
