- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- availability for on-call reserve duty
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to pass background checks and drug screening
- must be at least 18 years old
- fluency in english

Job Duties
- ensure the safety and security of customers from boarding to deplaning
- provide compassionate and attentive service to customers
- respond to customer needs and inquiries promptly
- work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive onboard environment
- perform safety checks and demonstrate emergency procedures
- assist in managing inflight emergencies and medical situations
- uphold JetBlue's service standards and company values
