Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- No prior experience necessary
- Must pass background checks and drug screening
- Must have legal right to work in the United States
- Ability to lift and carry luggage or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
- Excellent customer service and communication skills

Job Duties
- Ensure the safety and security of customers from boarding to deplaning
- Provide caring and compassionate inflight service
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer needs
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive onboard environment
- Follow all aircraft and safety procedures accurately
- Participate in training and drills to stay prepared for emergencies
- Promote JetBlue’s values during customer interactions
