Job Requirements

  • minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • no previous experience required as training is provided
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • willingness to undergo and successfully complete a 6-week paid training program in Orlando, Florida
  • physical fitness to meet job demands
  • ability to pass required background checks and drug screening
  • legal authorization to work in the united states

Job Duties

  • ensure the safety and security of customers from boarding to deplaning
  • provide caring and compassionate service to customers
  • respond promptly to customer needs and requests
  • work collaboratively with team members to create a positive and fun onboard environment
  • demonstrate compliance with all airline policies and safety regulations
  • conduct safety demonstrations and emergency procedures as required
  • maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the cabin
