Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No previous flight experience required
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Must pass security and background checks
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and reaching
  • Willingness to relocate to New York (JFK) hub

Job Duties

  • Ensure the safety and security of customers during flights
  • Provide caring and compassionate service to passengers
  • Respond to customer needs promptly and effectively
  • Work collaboratively as a team to maintain a positive onboard environment
  • Assist with boarding and deplaning procedures
  • Demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures and aircraft specifics
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the cabin
