Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Flexibility to work variable schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to lift luggage and assist customers
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to relocate or commute to the New York (JFK) hub

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and nights
  • Customer service experience is a plus but not required
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Basic understanding of safety procedures
  • Enthusiasm for travel and working in a dynamic environment

Job Duties

  • Ensure the safety and security of customers from boarding to deplaning
  • Provide compassionate and attentive customer service onboard
  • Respond promptly to customer needs and inquiries during flights
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive and fun environment
  • Conduct safety demonstrations and briefings as required
  • Assist in emergency procedures and troubleshooting
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the cabin area
