Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass background and security checks
- Must be able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to relocate to New York (JFK hub) if not local
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Commitment to maintaining JetBlue's core values and exemplary customer service
- Eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well with diverse groups of people
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and red-eye flights
- Capacity to complete a comprehensive paid training program
- Basic proficiency in English
- No prior experience necessary
Job Duties
- Ensure the safety and security of Customers from boarding to deplaning
- Provide caring and compassionate inflight service
- Respond promptly to Customer needs and inquiries
- Work collaboratively with the inflight team to maintain a positive and fun onboard environment
- Adhere to all airline safety procedures and regulatory requirements
- Conduct safety demonstrations and emergency procedures as required
- Assist Customers with special needs and manage any inflight emergencies
