Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • no previous experience required
  • ability to obtain and maintain necessary certifications and clearances
  • availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • willingness to participate in and complete a 6-week paid training program
  • physical ability to perform safety and emergency procedures
  • valid work authorization for employment in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • customer service experience preferred but not required
  • basic proficiency in English
  • ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • ensure the safety and security of Customers from boarding to deplaning
  • provide caring and compassionate service to Customers
  • respond to Customer needs promptly and professionally
  • work as part of a team to create a positive and fun onboard environment
  • adhere to all safety and emergency procedures during flights
  • comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • assist with boarding, seating, and handling Customer concerns or special requests
