- high school diploma or equivalent
- no prior airline experience required
- must be able to pass background and security checks
- availability to work irregular hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- flexibility to respond to on-call (reserve) duty with short notice
- legal authorization to work in the united states

Job Duties
- ensure the safety and security of passengers from boarding to deplaning
- provide caring and compassionate customer service in alignment with JetBlue’s core values
- respond promptly to customer needs and inquiries
- collaborate effectively with team members to maintain a positive and fun onboard environment
- execute safety demonstrations and emergency procedures as trained
- assist with boarding and deplaning processes
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the cabin during and after flights
